প্রতিষ্ঠানের উৎপাদন কার্যক্রম নির্বিঘ্ন রাখতে একজন দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল ইলেকট্রিশিয়ান নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীকে কারখানার বৈদ্যুতিক ব্যবস্থা, উৎপাদন যন্ত্রপাতি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সরঞ্জামের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও ত্রুটি সমাধানের দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ ফ্যাক্টরির বৈদ্যুতিক লাইন, ওয়্যারিং, কেবল সংযোগ এবং অন্যান্য ইলেকট্রিক্যাল সিস্টেম স্থাপন, পরীক্ষা ও নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা। উৎপাদন মেশিন ও যন্ত্রপাতির বৈদ্যুতিক ত্রুটি দ্রুত শনাক্ত করে কার্যকরভাবে সমাধান করা। জেনারেটর, ইলেকট্রিক মোটর, প্যানেল বোর্ড, সুইচগিয়ার এবং অন্যান্য বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জামের নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা। নির্ধারিত সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী Preventive Maintenance পরিচালনা করে যন্ত্রপাতির সচলতা নিশ্চিত করা। প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে উৎপাদন মেশিন নিরাপদ ও দক্ষতার সঙ্গে পরিচালনা করা। কর্মক্ষেত্রে বৈদ্যুতিক নিরাপত্তা বিধি, স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা। যন্ত্রপাতির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় রেকর্ড ও রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ করা। ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।

Job Summary Cosmo Group, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is looking for a dedicated and innovative R&D Lab Chemist to join its Soap Manufacturing Division. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing new soap formulations, improving existing products, maintaining quality standards, and driving product innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Research Develop and improve formulations for various soap products, including beauty soap, germicidal soap, laundry soap, and other specialty soaps. Conduct laboratory research and formulation trials to enhance product performance, stability, fragrance retention, color consistency, and overall quality. Evaluate the effectiveness of different ingredients such as moisturizers, antibacterial agents, fragrances, and functional additives. Optimize product formulations to improve cost efficiency without compromising product quality or performance. Prepare laboratory samples and coordinate pilot-scale and production trial batches before commercial manufacturing. Quality Assurance & Laboratory Testing Perform physical and chemical analyses, including TFM (Total Fatty Matter), pH, moisture content, free alkali, hardness, lather quality, and foam stability. Ensure all products meet BSTI standards and other applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and manufacturing deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Raw Material Evaluation Inspect, test, and approve incoming raw materials such as oils, fats, caustic soda, fragrances, and specialty additives before production. Evaluate alternative raw materials and suppliers to improve product quality and reduce production costs in collaboration with the Procurement team. Develop and maintain technical specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate laboratory records, formulation data, experimental results, and quality control documentation. Prepare technical data sheets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), product specifications, and laboratory reports. Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Technical Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide technical support to the Production team during product scale-up, process optimization, and manufacturing. Assist the Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical product information, product claims, and application support. Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, new ingredients, and competitor products to identify opportunities for continuous product innovation and improvement. Perform any additional duties assigned by management in support of research, quality improvement, and product development initiatives.
