About Company
Central Women’s University (CWU) is the only women’s university in Dhaka, established in 1993, shortly after the enactment of the Private University Act of 1992.
The university was founded by a group of enlightened and enthusiastic individuals under the leadership of Professor Beggzadi Mahmuda Nasir, the founding Vice Chancellor. Since its establishment, CWU has remained committed to providing quality higher education and empowering women through academic excellence and personal development.
