Averroes International School Lalmatia (AISL) Averroes International School Lalmatia is looking for responsible, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our Administration team for the following positions: Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and operational activities. Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, equipment, and logistics documents. Coordinate the receiving, movement, delivery, and distribution of materials. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to fulfill logistics requirements. Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of essential items. Support transportation, events, campus activities, and other operational logistics as required. Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of logistics activities. Perform other logistics and operational duties assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities Handle admission enquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person channels. Provide information on curriculum, fees, admission requirements, facilities, and policies. Guide parents and students through the admission and enrolment process. Follow up with prospective applicants and maintain admission records. Verify applications and required student documents. Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and assessments. Maintain accurate and confidential student/guardian information. Coordinate with relevant departments for a smooth admission process. Prepare admission reports and maintain daily records. Support admission campaigns, open houses, orientations, and school events. Handle parents’ queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Provide other administrative support as assigned by management.
