Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned projects, including apartments, plots, eco resorts, villas, hospitals, and hotels. Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Executive team while setting targets and monitoring performance. Generate and convert leads through direct sales, referrals, digital platforms, property fairs, and corporate networking. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations, clearly explaining pricing, payment plans, and documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, plot owners, and investors to drive repeat business and referrals. Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional events, property fairs, and digital marketing initiatives. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management. Ensure sales documentation and related paperwork are accurate, transparent, and completed on time. Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and applicable RAJUK regulations. Coordinate with Accounts, Documentation, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth handover and effective after-sales support.
