Key Responsibilities ✔ Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally at the sales office. ✔ Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, website, and other communication channels. ✔ Regularly contact and follow up with prospective customers until the sales process is successfully completed. ✔ Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, facilities, legal aspects, and investment opportunities accurately and professionally. ✔ Arrange, coordinate, and conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits. ✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. ✔ Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company. ✔ Maintain accurate customer records and update the company's CRM/database on a daily basis. ✔ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, customer follow-up reports, and sales pipeline updates. ✔ Assist customers throughout the booking process and coordinate with the Accounts and Administration departments for documentation, payment processing, and booking confirmation. ✔ Follow up on pending payments, customer documentation, booking confirmations, and post-sales activities. ✔ Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and other marketing events organized by the company. ✔ Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, grooming standards, and excellent customer service at all times. ✔ Stay updated on all Armani Properties projects, pricing, promotional offers, company policies, and current real estate market trends. ✔ Represent Armani Properties Ltd. with professionalism, integrity, and ethical sales practices while delivering an outstanding customer experience. ✔ Perform any other sales, marketing, or customer service responsibilities assigned by management to support the company's business objectives.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about transforming design concepts into practical, buildable solutions while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Job Location: Dhaka (with regular project site visits) Workplace: Office & Project Sites Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and other relevant design software. ✔ Assist Senior Architects in concept development, design coordination, and project documentation. ✔ Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and shop drawings. ✔ Revise and update architectural drawings based on project requirements, client feedback, and site conditions. ✔ Conduct regular project site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure architectural designs are implemented accurately. ✔ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical and construction-related issues. ✔ Prepare quantity take-offs, material schedules, and architectural specifications when required. ✔ Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and project records in accordance with company standards. ✔ Assist in preparing project presentations, brochures, 3D views, and client presentation materials. ✔ Ensure all drawings comply with approved designs, company standards, BNBC, and relevant regulatory requirements. ✔ Support the Design & Planning Team in project execution, quality control, and timely project delivery. ✔ Stay updated with modern architectural drafting practices, construction methods, and design technologies. ✔ Perform any other architectural or technical responsibilities assigned by management.

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our Design & Planning Team. Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed construction drawings for various development projects. ✔ Design residential, commercial, mixed-use, resort, and township projects from concept through execution. ✔ Develop master plans, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings, and 3D visualizations. ✔ Prepare architectural presentations, design reports, project brochures, and client presentation materials. ✔ Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated project execution. ✔ Ensure all architectural designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK, and other applicable building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements. ✔ Review and finalize architectural drawings before submission to regulatory authorities for approval. ✔ Work closely with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs. ✔ Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical guidance. ✔ Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and architectural specifications to ensure design compliance. ✔ Assist management in project planning, feasibility studies, design development, and value engineering initiatives. ✔ Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, sustainable design practices, green building concepts, innovative materials, and construction technologies. ✔ Perform any other architectural and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
