Manage global customer communication to ensure prompt responses and build strong relationships. Coordinate customer specifications, forecasts, and requirements with cross-functional teams. Monitor the entire order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery to ensure on-time execution. Collaborate with Product Development and Production to guarantee timely sample delivery. Track material readiness and production timelines to proactively mitigate delivery risks. Liaise with Costing, Sourcing, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives. Assist with export documentation, compliance, and smooth international shipping operations. Analyze order and shipment data to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare customer presentations, business updates, and progress reports for management. Drive customer retention and revenue growth through proactive problem resolution.

Develop and manage MRP parameters, demand forecasts, and inventory plans to ensure uninterrupted production. Lead S&OP activities by aligning sales forecasts, production schedules, and material availability. Optimize inventory levels to minimize shortages, excess stock, and carrying costs. Oversee ERP/MRP systems (IFS/SAP), master data accuracy, and regular inventory audits. Monitor planning KPIs and prepare management reports on inventory health and supply risks. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Merchandising, Quality, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, bonded warehouse rules, and audit requirements. Lead the Material Planning team through SOP development, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and performance reviews.
