Engineer/ Sr. Engineer, Electrical (Printing & Packaging Unit)

Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of Gravure Printing and Blown Film Manufacturing machines.

Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment, machinery, and utility systems.

Handle maintenance of MCC, PCC, VFDs, motors, electrical panels, control circuits, and PLC-based systems.

Identify and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize equipment downtime and production losses.

Assist with the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and modification of new machinery and electrical systems.

Work closely with Production and Mechanical teams to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations.

Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, spare parts consumption, equipment status, and daily work reports.

Contribute to energy-efficiency, cost-saving, and industrial automation initiatives.

Supervise and guide technicians while ensuring safe and proper working practices are consistently followed.
