Gain practical experience by rotating across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments. Participate in leadership development programs to strengthen decision-making, communication, and team management skills. Prepare and present a Functional Stint Report after completing 3 months, highlighting key learnings and contributions. Prepare and present a Cross-Functional Stint Report after a 1.5-month cross-functional assignment. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to support continuous improvement. Analyze business data and generate insights to support decision-making, strategy, and operational efficiency. Participate in a final defense before the selection board at the end of the 6-month probation period. Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Follow all organizational rules, policies, and regulations throughout the program. Upon successful completion of the final evaluation, selected Management Trainees will be assigned to specific roles with designated job responsibilities.

Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, robotic welding systems, 315T press, LLC, chain riveting, and other manufacturing equipment. Reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime through timely troubleshooting and corrective actions. Communicate with overseas principals and suppliers regarding equipment installation, troubleshooting, and technical support. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, checklists, and breakdown reports. Analyze recurring equipment failures through root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures. Coordinate the installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of new machinery, automation, and production equipment. Ensure proper availability and management of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Utility, and external vendors to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with machine safety, electrical safety, environmental standards, SOPs, and Yamaha manufacturing requirements. Lead and develop the maintenance team, track KPIs such as uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, quotations, orders, and customer-related documentation.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales processes and effective project execution.Maintain regular communication with customers, consultants, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.Conduct routine customer meetings and project/site visits to understand requirements and monitor progress.Develop quotations, business proposals, presentations, and other commercial documents as required.Keep sales pipelines, customer databases, visit reports, and order tracking records up to date.Follow up on purchase orders, product deliveries, installations, invoicing, and payment collections.Ensure proper documentation and filing of approvals, agreements, correspondence, and customer communications.Prepare regular sales, collection, project activity, and performance reports for management review.Monitor customer requirements, outstanding activities, commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
