We are seeking an operational leader to direct daily service center operations, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for streamlining after-sales service across home appliances, mobile, and IT products while driving revenue through sales, accessories, and add-on services. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership: Direct daily service center activities and manage cross-departmental teams, including technical engineers, service executives, logistics, inventory, and accounts. Customer Care & Escalations: Efficiently resolve complex customer complaints, ensure high-quality after-sales support, and turn service touchpoints into positive customer reviews and sales leads. Performance & Reporting: Track, meet, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), team productivity targets, inventory levels, and overall service center standards to senior management. Revenue Growth: Actively promote and drive sales for products, accessories, and value-added services to hit branch revenue quotas. Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with local sales teams, vendors, and clients while continuously optimizing processes for business growth.

বিভিন্ন প্রকার এসি (স্প্লিট, ইনভার্টার, ক্যাসেট) ইনস্টলেশন, নিয়মিত সার্ভিসিং ও মেরামতের কাজ সম্পন্ন করা। রেফ্রিজারেটর এবং ডিপ ফ্রিজের যেকোনো ধরনের সমস্যা ও ত্রুটি নির্ণয়পূর্বক দ্রুত মেরামত করা। নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (রুটিন মেইনটেন্যান্স) করা এবং যেকোনো আকস্মিক যান্ত্রিক গোলযোগের সমাধান করা। গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনে সর্বদা পেশাদারিত্ব ও সৌজন্যমূলক আচরণ বজায় রাখা। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক নিয়মকানুন এবং নিরাপদ কর্মপরিবেশের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করা।
