We are looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Creator & Editor who can produce engaging Bangla and English educational, promotional, and social media content.

The selected candidate will create AI-powered videos covering topics such as technology, software careers, HR, payroll, business automation, and digital marketing. The role involves transforming topic briefs into high-quality video content using AI video-generation tools, voiceovers, motion graphics, captions, and professional video editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Research relevant video topics and develop clear scripts, concepts, and storyboards.

✔ Generate engaging visuals using AI text-to-video and image-to-video tools.

✔ Create both short-form content (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos.

✔ Edit videos professionally using captions, motion graphics, transitions, background music, sound effects, and visual effects.

✔ Create and manage AI-generated voiceovers or coordinate with voiceover artists when required.

✔ Optimize video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok based on platform-specific requirements.

✔ Ensure all videos follow established brand guidelines, visual standards, and communication objectives.

✔ Develop thumbnail concepts, video titles, descriptions, and Call-to-Action (CTA) text when required.

✔ Repurpose long-form videos into short clips, teasers, Reels, Shorts, and social media content.

✔ Experiment with and evaluate new AI video tools, prompting techniques, creative workflows, and emerging video formats.

✔ Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative Teams to develop engaging and effective video campaigns.

✔ Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, creativity, consistency, and timely delivery.

✔ Stay updated with the latest AI video-generation trends, social media content formats, editing techniques, and digital content practices.
