We are seeking a creative, analytical, and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements, product ideas, and user needs into effective user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solutions.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong visual design expertise, user-centered thinking, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of modern digital product design. The selected candidate will collaborate with product, technology, development, and business teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across web, mobile, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design intuitive, functional, and visually engaging UI/UX experiences that meet user expectations and support business goals.

✔ Convert business requirements, product ideas, and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

✔ Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user behavior, identify pain points, evaluate market trends, and discover opportunities for improving digital products.

✔ Create responsive and scalable web and mobile interface designs that provide a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

✔ Develop interactive UX prototypes to demonstrate user journeys, interactions, navigation structures, and design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.

✔ Create and maintain design systems, UI components, reusable patterns, visual guidelines, and design standards to ensure consistency across digital products.

✔ Apply best practices in UX architecture, information hierarchy, interaction design, typography, layout, visual composition, usability, and accessibility.

✔ Work closely with developers, product managers, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately implemented and aligned with the intended user experience.

✔ Review developed interfaces and provide constructive UI/UX design feedback to improve usability, functionality, visual consistency, and overall product quality.

✔ Analyze user feedback, product performance, usability insights, and emerging UI/UX trends to identify areas for continuous improvement.

✔ Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating relevant feedback into final design solutions.

✔ Maintain well-organized Figma/design files, UI components, prototypes, assets, and design documentation for smooth team collaboration and future product development.

✔ Stay informed about the latest UI/UX design trends, design tools, technologies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

✔ Ensure digital interfaces follow modern responsive design, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

✔ Perform any other UI/UX design-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management from time to time.
