Transport Associate

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a reputed hotel, hospital, or national organization.

• Must hold a valid Professional Driving License with authorization to operate medium-class vehicles.

• Strong networking and client-handling skills, with the ability to plan ahead and work effectively under pressure.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maximum age of 35 years as of the application deadline.

• Age and experience requirements may be relaxed for deserving candidates at the discretion of management.

• Well-presented, well-groomed, courteous, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong and proven communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Must demonstrate a positive and proactive “Can-Do” attitude.

• Willingness to work beyond regular duty hours when required during emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, timely, courteous, and professional transportation services to hotel guests.

• Coordinate airport transfers, hotel pick-ups, drop-offs, and other transportation requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local routes, destinations, landmarks, and traffic conditions.

• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules.

• Regularly inspect pool vehicles for fuel levels, oil condition, battery status, and tyre condition.

• Ensure all hotel vehicles remain clean, presentable, and properly maintained according to hotel standards.

• Immediately report any vehicle damage, incidents, or unusual occurrences while driving to the Transport Manager/Supervisor.

• Follow all hotel safety, security, and transportation policies and procedures.

• Remain available at the Transport Section during duty hours and maintain close coordination with the Transport Manager/Supervisor.

• Consult the Transport Manager/Supervisor regarding work-related changes or decisions and strictly follow the assigned duty roster.
