Responsibilities & Context
The AI Skills Training for TVET Students in Bangladesh is an 18-month initiative (ending Dec 2026) led by BRAC, in partnership with Google and the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network. It aims to equip 10,000 final-year TVET students with essential AI skills, including productivity tools, prompt engineering, and AI ethics. Training is delivered through a blended model using BRAC’s LMS, combining online modules and live sessions to improve employability and promote digital innovation.
The Trainer will deliver AI training to TVET and Madrasa students via in-person and online sessions. The role includes facilitating learning, supporting projects, and coordinating with institutions to ensure effective training.

Conduct orientation sessions and introduce AI basics and LMS use.

Host weekly live online classes for Q&A and discussions.

Support students through self-paced learning and capstone projects.

Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

Coordinate logistics and schedules with partner institutions.

Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support.

Administer assessments and gather feedback for improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.

Ensure safety and protection of all participants.

Promote safeguarding policies and reporting procedures.

Act as a resource for creating a safe learning environment.

Strong facilitation, communication, and tech skills.
