For Trainee Medical Officer: Completion of 1-year compulsory internship.

For Medical Officer: Postgraduate ENT-related credentials (DLO, MS, FCPS, MCPS) preferred; 1-year practical experience in ENT/General Surgery.

Basic clinical and diagnostic skills with high aptitude for ENT specialization.

Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation.

Good communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in shifts or remote/rural areas.
-
Calm under pressure, especially in emergencies.
Responsibilities & Context

Assess patients, take histories, perform exams, and coordinate with specialists.

Participate in procedures, ward rounds, and rural ear camps.

Maintain accurate EMR records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.

Respond to emergencies with first-line treatment.

Attend training, meetings, and teaching programs.
-
Follow hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Ensure safe use of equipment and medicines.

Perform other tasks assigned by higher authority.
