Requirements

• Age: 20–40 years.

• Proactive “Can-Do” attitude, growth mindset, and strong willingness to learn.

• Ability to quickly adapt to and work with new software, digital platforms, and online tools.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately, manage assigned tasks responsibly, and provide timely progress updates.

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla for international collaboration and internal teamwork.

• Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to continuous development.

• Education: Graduates from any discipline or four-year diploma holders are encouraged to apply.

Program Overview

Under the SICIP-BACCO Program, SkyTech Global Ltd. is offering a fully government-funded FREE OFFLINE TRAINING along with a JOB PLACEMENT opportunity upon successful completion.

Training Details

• 44 Classes with 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (Sunday–Thursday).

• Hands-on exposure to premium AI tools and professional workflows.

• Guidance on personal branding, client acquisition, and professional career development.

• TA/DA will be provided as per applicable policy.

Training & Job Placement

• Eligible trainees will receive job placement opportunities after successfully completing the training.

• Individuals who have previously completed any course under the SEIP/SICIP Program are not eligible to apply.

• Each trainee can select only one course from the following options:

  • Social Media Marketing and Content Moderation

  • AI in BPO Operations

  • Omnichannel CX

  • Digital Business Operations

  • AI Driven Freelancer

  • Global Virtual Support
