Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the operation of the electronic toll collection system in coordination with the Senior Manager.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee toll duty operations; supervise administrative staff and toll collectors.
  • Handle administrative, financial, and audit matters related to toll operations.
  • Manage internal support systems and provide staff training.
  • Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all processes.
  • Collect, maintain, and report daily transaction data.
  • Support automation processes and resolve operational issues.
  • Serve as a focal point for operations.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, etc.) to ensure operational success.
  • Provide assistance to employees and liaise with government and non-government authorities as required.
  • Apply project management techniques to support assigned operational projects.
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure work quality, timelines, and operational efficiency targets are met.
  • Develop, track, and report KPIs for operations.
  • Report accidents or injuries promptly.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the Operations Department budget.
  • Prepare reports for higher authorities and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or higher management.
