Responsibilities & Context
- Bachelor/ master's in CSE/Mathematics/EEE or relevant field from a reputed university.
- Proven experience in testing software, both automated and manual.
- Proven experience high quality documentation of software products.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, and test execution.
- Proficiency with at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
- Good scripting/coding knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, TestLink).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger for API testing.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
