Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce the company’s services.

• Communicate the features, benefits, and available service options to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to generate qualified leads.

• Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and other authorized communication methods.

• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, follow-up activities, and customer responses.

• Assist the sales team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and refer complex issues to the relevant department.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

• Prepare periodic reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
