Make outbound calls to prospective customers and identify potential sales opportunities.

Professionally handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Explain products and services clearly while addressing and resolving customer concerns.

Regularly follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

Maintain accurate call records and keep lead information updated.

Achieve assigned daily and weekly sales conversion targets.
