Tele Sales Executive - USA Process (Night Shift)

✔ Age between 18 and 27 years.

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.

✔ Prior experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment will be considered an added advantage.

✔ Basic computer literacy with the ability to use CRM software and other office applications efficiently.

✔ Must be willing and able to work in a full-time night shift.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our USA Night Shift Campaign. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers in the United States, promoting products and services, generating qualified leads, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Campaign: USA Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers based in the United States in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present company products, services, and promotional offers to prospective customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate product and service information.
• Conduct regular follow-up with prospective customers to build interest and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer information, CRM records, and detailed call notes.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining effective communication and professionalism.
• Follow company policies, campaign guidelines, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
