Tele Marketing Executive

✔ Create promotional videos for social media marketing, including video presentations, podcasts, and other online marketing content.

✔ Contact prospective students and guardians through phone calls and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

✔ Explain study abroad opportunities, available destinations, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.

✔ Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for education counselors.

✔ Follow up regularly with prospective students and existing leads to maintain engagement.

✔ Maintain and update student inquiries, follow-up activities, and lead information accurately in the ERP system.

✔ Convert inquiries into counseling sessions and potential admission opportunities.

✔ Respond to student and guardian queries professionally and provide relevant information.

✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

✔ Coordinate with counselors and admission teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

✔ Support promotional campaigns, education fairs, and other marketing activities as required.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their parents.
