Save the Children Bangladesh is inviting applications for the position of Technical Specialist – Partnerships. The role involves supporting the implementation of partnership strategies, humanitarian partner manuals, capacity strengthening frameworks, and localization initiatives aimed at improving program delivery for affected children. The position holder will also assist in managing partner work plans, coordinating capacity-building activities, conducting assessments, organizing training and feedback sessions, and promoting learning and development among implementing partners. In addition, the role contributes to multiple donor-funded projects and supports organizational capacity assessments and localization strategies, ensuring effective coordination and continuous improvement of partnership systems.
