Education

- Candidates must have no third-class/division or equivalent CGPA at any stage of their academic career.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are required.
- Must be ready to lead digital transformation initiatives, take ownership of delivery, remove obstacles, and coordinate teams and vendors to modernize banking platforms as a Technical Project Manager.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is required.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects and products, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to implement initiatives across loans/credit, onboarding, internet banking, payments/remittance, digital channels, automation, Open Banking APIs, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Core Banking, Cards, CRM, DWH, DMS), as well as infrastructure modernization, in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
Project Planning & Technology Delivery
- Drive full lifecycle delivery of technology projects, from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate across multiple development streams, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Vendor Development & Management
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Coordinate vendor activities to meet functional and technical requirements.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and quality, ensuring proper integration with bank systems.
- Facilitate issue resolution and conduct vendor performance reviews.
In-House Development Coordination
- Collaborate with internal development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams for smooth execution.
- Track development progress, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security policies, and architecture guidelines.
- Support release planning and deployment coordination.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management.
- Lead requirement discussions, solution reviews, and progress updates.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technology delivery.
- Provide regular project status reports and escalate critical risks as needed.
Product Coordination
- Work with product managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Support prioritization of features, enhancements, and backlog items.
- Ensure product roadmaps align with technology capabilities and project timelines.
Banking Solutions Delivery
- Manage initiatives related to key banking systems, including:
- Loan and credit processing solutions
- Account opening and onboarding systems
- Corporate and retail internet banking platforms
- Payments, remittances, digital channels, robotics/automation, and Open Banking APIs
- Implement enterprise solutions such as Core Banking, Card Management Systems, CRM, Call Center, Data Warehouse, Loan Management, Document Management, and Lead Management Systems.
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects such as DC-DR setup, network upgrades, virtualization, and migrations.
- Support deployment of new features, product enhancements, and regulatory updates.
Risk, Quality & Governance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with technology governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and release management processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, risk registers, and status reports.
