Technical Project Manager

Context

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee the complete product lifecycle of our SaaS-based platform. The role will involve managing projects from initial ideation and development through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, product design, customer support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in line with business objectives. The position requires strong technical understanding, project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and a customer-focused approach to delivering scalable products that meet both organizational goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Own the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of prioritized features while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement to identify and prioritize product opportunities.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure a user-centered approach and deliver intuitive, customer-focused product experiences.

• Apply data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and product experimentation, to validate ideas and prioritize features.

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback into product development.

• Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and smooth execution.

• Provide Product Marketing teams with insights into key product differentiators, value propositions, and positioning.

• Identify opportunities to use automation, integrations, and AI/LLM-powered solutions to streamline repetitive workflows.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.

• Translate product concepts into clear technical requirements and product backlog priorities with Engineering and Design teams.

• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog prioritization, and blocker resolution.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, user adoption, product performance, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Continuously evaluate product success and refine strategies based on performance data, customer needs, and changing market trends.
