Position Purpose:
To lead and manage StudyNet’s Sylhet office operations, supporting sales targets and overseeing a team of counsellors, customer relationship officers, and support staff. The role involves advising students on study options, managing application processes, and promoting StudyNet’s services in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations:
Manage daily branch activities, set goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure resource planning meets business needs.

Student Counseling:
Provide guidance on courses and institutions, support admissions and visa processes, maintain strong student relationships, and uphold ethical standards.

Customer Service:
Respond promptly to inquiries, process applications, coordinate with education institutions, and assist students with post-arrival support.

Teamwork & Office Discipline:
Support marketing and event activities, identify market opportunities, participate in meetings, and promote a cooperative work environment.

Communication & Follow-up:
Maintain consistent communication with students using multiple channels, ensure timely completion of admission tasks, and report progress to management.

Documentation & Reporting:
Keep accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports for management.
