Experience
Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
Ensure data security, access control, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity standards
Lead and supervise the IT support team, monitoring performance and service quality
Prepare and manage the IT budget, system performance reports, and technology improvement plans
Provide regular reports to management on system performance, risks, and security status
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tagging, maintenance, and disposal
Coordinate internal and external IT audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software, including operating systems, ERP, and CRM platforms
Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, and internet connectivity; configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory, Okta, or similar systems, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid data restoration
Maintain endpoint security by managing antivirus solutions, applying security patches, and monitoring network activity for threats
