Collect agent profiles and assist agents by addressing their queries and concerns.
Coordinate and collaborate with branches for smooth Agent onboarding processes.
Promote banking products and services under the Agent Banking platform and educate channel partners accordingly.
Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement and business performance.
Ensure compliance requirements and conduct regular Agent network health checks.
Assist in tracking channel complaints and coordinate with the product management team for resolution.
Coordinate with regional teams for onboarding and training of new Agent team members.
Ensure proper visibility of Agent Banking initiatives and POSM (Point of Sales Materials) through regular channel monitoring.
Handle, escalate, and resolve operational challenges and queries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance requirements.
Support smooth business transition and operational continuity within the Agent Banking network.
Maintain strong relationships with agents, branches, and channel partners to support business growth.
