This role focuses on standardizing supervisory practices, enhancing customer service quality, and ensuring safe and smooth long-route operations.
Deliver structured training programs covering supervisory roles, operational duties, and responsibilities.
Train supervisors on passenger handling, ticketing control, and professional service standards.
Instill discipline, punctuality, and strict route compliance among supervisory staff.
Conduct on-route evaluations to assess supervisor performance and operational effectiveness.
Identify skill gaps and organize refresher or corrective training sessions as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support management in the selection, certification, and promotion of bus supervisors.
Address operational challenges and provide corrective guidance when required.
Prepare training documentation, evaluation reports, and performance feedback for management review.
