Supervisor / System Operator (Entry Level - Warehouse Operations)

Job Summary

The System Operator (SAP)/Supervisor maintains accurate warehouse transaction records within SAP/ERP systems, supports overall inventory management, and ensures system stock levels strictly align with physical operations.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse transactions accurately within SAP/ERP systems, including Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Stock Transfers.

• Maintain up-to-date system inventory records and generate SAP/Excel-based operational and inventory reports.

• Support stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system data, participating in regular counting and periodic closing activities.

• Identify and report inventory discrepancies while maintaining digital records and documentation.

• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for timely submission to management.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate data entry and communicate system issues to supervisors.

• Adhere to company SOPs, data entry standards, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain data integrity and operational discipline.
