Age: 30–40 years
Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in the Hotel & Restaurant sector, preferably in Store and Procurement functions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Sound knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
Proficient in using ERP and procurement software.
Must be well‑organized, honest, sincere, and a non‑smoker.
Receive and issue materials in accordance with approved challans.
Coordinate with and support the Purchase Department in daily operations.
Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and well‑maintained on a daily basis.
Collect and consolidate material requirements from branch offices.
Maintain effective communication and a positive working relationship with branch management.
Verify the quantity and quality of items at the time of receipt.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all received, issued, and transferred items.
Apply FIFO and LIFO methods for efficient store management.
Accurately record receiving time of all materials and products in a secure manner.
Monitor overall store conditions daily to ensure safety stock levels and proper storage conditions.
Ensure materials are stored with correct identification, traceability, and in line with standard storage principles.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to relevant departments.
Maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
