Student Counselor

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, education consultancy, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong written communication skills in English, including email correspondence and documentation.
• Good counseling, active listening, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the admission process for at least one of the following destinations: Canada, the United Kingdom, or New Zealand.
• Practical understanding of university admission requirements, English language proficiency requirements, study gap policies, financial documentation, and visa application procedures.
• Candidates with counseling experience covering multiple study destinations will receive preference.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical service.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Student Counselor to support prospective students throughout their international education journey.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary along with an attractive performance-based commission for successful student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors by providing professional information and guidance regarding international education opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries received through digital platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns, while ensuring regular follow-up with prospective students.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual counseling sessions with students and their guardians to assess academic backgrounds and career goals.
• Advise students on suitable study destinations, universities, academic programs, admission criteria, English language requirements, study gap policies, financial documentation, and application timelines.
• Assist prospective clients in scheduling paid consultation sessions with the RCIC whenever required.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by providing professional counseling and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students.
• Guide students through the complete admission process, including course selection, application preparation, document review, university submission, and study permit application support.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, partner institutions, universities, and B2B partners throughout the admission process.
• Stay informed about international education policies, scholarship opportunities, admission updates, visa regulations, and study permit requirements.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team by providing educational content ideas, admission updates, and success stories to support promotional campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities, educational destinations, institutional partnerships, and value-added services that contribute to organizational growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support business objectives.
