Responsibilities & Context

  • Deliver comprehensive executive assistance to the Managing Director.
  • Oversee and monitor strategic initiatives, action items, and key business objectives.
  • Support financial reporting processes, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Organize and manage the MD’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and official communications.
  • Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the MD and both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and implementation of important decisions across departments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
