Responsibilities & Context
- Manage daily store and inventory operations to ensure efficient and organized stock management.
- Oversee the receiving, issuing, and distribution of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs), inventory statements, and regular stock reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical stock counts to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/LIFO methods and maintain safe, systematic storage of materials and products.
- Supervise store personnel and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor, verify, and follow up on bills and related documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Prepare monthly budgets for store operations and monitor expenditures against allocated budgets.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
