Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing, and distributing materials.

Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and regular inventory/stock reports.

Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic physical stock counts.
-
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
-
Ensure proper FIFO/LIFO practices and safe, organized storage of materials.
-
Supervise store personnel and ensure efficient day-to-day store operations.
-
Monitor and follow up on bills related to store and inventory activities.
-
Prepare the monthly store/inventory budget.
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
