The Authorized Representative will play a vital role in executing equity trades, advising clients, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in accordance with guidelines from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd., and Bangladesh Bank.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Execute client buy and sell orders efficiently and accurately.
Monitor market trends, economic developments, and financial news to support informed investment decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients through networking and market outreach.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions to promote brokerage services.
Assist clients with opening and maintaining BO (Beneficiary Owner) accounts with proper documentation.
Provide strategic investment insights and portfolio-related guidance.
Analyze portfolio risks and support risk management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable trading regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
Achieve assigned brokerage revenue and business development targets.
Deliver professional customer service with integrity and transparency.
Coordinate with internal departments and management to support operational excellence and business growth.
