Staff Nurse

✔ Must be willing to work in rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night duties.

✔ Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude toward patients.

✔ Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, especially during emergencies.

✔ Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.

✔ Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and safely.

✔ Monitor patients’ health conditions, document vital signs, and promptly report any changes or concerns to attending physicians.

✔ Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff nurses and nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care.

✔ Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.

✔ Ensure strict compliance with infection control procedures and ward/unit safety standards.

✔ Educate patients and their attendants on health maintenance, treatment procedures, and post-discharge care.
