Responsibilities & Context
- Consistently achieve individual and team-based monthly business targets.
- Drive business development initiatives and actively identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients to build strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate MIS, records, and all required documentation.
- Collect necessary client documents, verify them personally, and ensure proper authentication before submission.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and branches to resolve document deficiencies or discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and error-free submission of loan applications, documentation, and required instructions.
- Facilitate the timely processing and disposal of credit proposals in accordance with established procedures.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally when required.
- Ensure all operational activities are conducted in compliance with the rules, regulations, policies, and directives issued by the bank and respective division.
