  • Experience in any of the following sectors is preferred: FMCG Manufacturing, Packaged Food/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, or Toiletries.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform random sampling and quality checks of raw materials (RM) and report findings promptly.
  • Conduct online quality control for every product throughout the production process.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of packing materials through random sampling and inspections.
  • Verify that finished products meet company quality standards and follow current guidelines.
  • Review Goods Received Notes (GRN) and provide comments with necessary directions.
  • Supervise raw material and finished product warehouses, including pest control activities.
  • Prepare online QC reports and immediately inform the shift miller and operations manager of any non-conformities.
  • Compile and send moisture calculation reports to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with the cleaner supervisor to ensure worker hygiene and a clean working environment.
  • Ensure timely calibration of QC instruments and notify the concerned personnel of any requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on moisture gain in total raw material consumption.
  • Visit customers to address quality control queries or objections.
  • Maintain vigilance on market-returned products and report findings to the supervisor.
