Additional Requirements
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure sampling of raw materials, intermediate/bulk products, packaging components, and finished products in accordance with approved protocols.
- Schedule, coordinate, and perform various Quality Control (QC) tests as per approved procedures.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, FTIR, Polarimeter, UV, and other laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper development, implementation, and maintenance of QC instruments and laboratory activities.
- Participate in validation protocols for manufacturing sites and equipment.
- Design laboratory requirements related to facilities, equipment, and instrumentation.
- Prepare documentation including validation protocols, reports, and deviation records.
- Release products for distribution after ensuring all testing criteria and specifications are met.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of QC.
- Maintain thorough understanding and compliance with cGMP, FDA, ICH, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
