Responsibilities & Context
- Perform basic microbiological sampling and testing.
- Conduct environmental monitoring, including air, surface, and personnel monitoring.
- Prepare and handle culture media, including preparation, sterilization, and growth promotion testing.
- Maintain aseptic techniques in microbiology laboratory operations.
- Record, review, and maintain test data and logbooks in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Follow and update SOPs and microbiology-related documentation.
