Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

Amber IT Limited is a well-established Internet Service Provider in Bangladesh, recognized for delivering reliable broadband and ICT solutions. The company is looking for energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals for the role of Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding corporate sales, focusing on internet and data connectivity solutions. This position involves managing enterprise clients, generating new business opportunities, and handling government tenders through the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong commitment and enthusiasm by conducting door-to-door visits to corporate and financial institutions
  • Participate in and manage tender processes through the e-GP system
  • Identify, analyze, and engage in government tender opportunities via the e-GP platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, while effectively closing sales through professional communication (phone, email, and in-person visits)
  • Generate new business by following up on leads and delivering face-to-face presentations
  • Track and achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Arrange client meetings, conduct presentations and service demonstrations, and prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by higher management
