Responsibilities & Context

  • Work both at the corporate office and project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and manage a sales team comprising 5–10 team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Drive the team toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning, monitoring, and motivation.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management with accurate performance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, business growth, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective actions when necessary to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and business opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Organize and coordinate project site visits, client meetings, sales presentations, and follow-up activities to generate and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance team skills, motivation, and productivity.
  • Guide team members in lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closing strategies to maximize sales success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Support management in formulating business development initiatives and market expansion strategies.
  • Perform any additional sales, marketing, or business development responsibilities assigned by management.
