Must be capable of independently managing multiple orders or styles simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to understand diverse buyer specifications and requirements.
Should possess strong knowledge of products, samples, fabrics, accessories, trims, and current fashion trends.
Must be smart, proactive, and dynamic with strong customer communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities are essential.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla is required.
Candidates with experience in Customer Care, Corporate Marketing, Brand Planning, or Business Development will be given preference.
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities & Context

The incumbent will be responsible for independently managing all aspects of the assigned sampling operations, particularly for various garment accessories such as tags and labels.

They must ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative and high-quality merchandise identification solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

The role involves providing prompt and creative responses to client inquiries, establishing a strong vision and approach for customer satisfaction, and developing service standards and strategies that enhance the company’s competitive edge.

They will ensure that all customer requirements regarding delivery, samples, and orders are accurately documented by the customer service or product development teams and properly communicated to relevant departments.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing marketing and sales reports, acknowledging customer orders, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and identifying both current and future customer needs to drive continuous improvement in product quality and service delivery.

The position also requires maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with customers through regular communication and negotiation to build a dependable, quality-focused, and customer-driven vendor network.
