- Proficiency in financial management and accounting software, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context
Safiuddin Ahmed Foundation (SAF), a leading eye hospital located in Thakurgaon and a concern of Giant Group, is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hardworking professional to oversee and manage the organization's day-to-day financial operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective financial management, reporting accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Record, verify, and maintain vouchers for all financial transactions with proper supporting documents and an organized filing system.
- Oversee daily account reconciliations and coordinate bank deposits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards and organizational requirements.
- Monitor and supervise IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) billing processes to ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses to support effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with various departments to provide financial insights, operational support, and management information for strategic decisions.
- Manage cash flow activities to ensure adequate liquidity and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement, administration, and other relevant departments to ensure timely supplier payments and proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial records and documentation.
- Perform any additional finance, accounting, or administrative responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
