Lead and mentor fashion designers while supporting their creative growth and professional development.

Develop commercially viable apparel concepts and collections for international clients.

Research global fashion trends, market movements, customer preferences, and seasonal requirements.

Translate customer briefs into design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, fabric directions, and product ranges.

Develop and oversee circular knitwear products from initial concept through sampling and final development.

Collaborate with merchandising, product development, sourcing, fabric, technical, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.

Provide creative and technical guidance throughout the sampling and product development process.

Review and approve designs to ensure quality, aesthetics, construction, and customer requirements are consistently maintained.

Monitor UK and USA fashion markets, consumer preferences, and commercial product trends.

Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders during collection development, presentations, and product reviews.

Encourage innovation in fabrics, finishes, construction, sustainability, and product functionality.

Introduce and implement 3D design and digital product development processes within the design workflow.

Manage design timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Support the development of seasonal collections and customer-specific product lines.

Travel internationally when required for business and design-related activities.
