Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales Co-ordinator

✔ Age: 28–35 years.

✔ Gender: Male only.

✔ Monitor and report daily sales team activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.

✔ Track sales team movements and monitor field activities.

✔ Monitor CRM activities to ensure accurate updates and proper follow-up.

✔ Update and maintain daily sales team KPIs and attendance records.

✔ Track sales bookings, booking dues, overdue payments, and collections made through sales representatives.

✔ Coordinate with sales representatives to collect outstanding booking payments from clients on time.

✔ Monitor returned cheques and take necessary steps for re-deposit and successful encashment.

✔ Follow up regularly on outstanding payments and sales collections.

✔ Prepare and submit daily sales collection reports, including targets, achievements, and forecasts, to senior management.

✔ Prepare new sales notes, necessary documentation, and related internal records.

✔ Provide sales representatives with project brochures, updated product availability lists, and other sales materials.

✔ Prepare internal notes, circulars, and sales-related reports as required by the department and management.

✔ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
