Sr. Executive (SCM)

✔ Age: 25 to 40 years.

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Sound knowledge of procurement procedures, sourcing, and vendor management.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI productivity tools.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

✔ Good command of Bangla and English (both spoken and written).

✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

✔ Experience in the real estate, construction, or engineering sector will be considered an advantage.

Madina Developments Ltd., a leading real estate and construction company, is looking for a proactive, analytical, and experienced Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management to strengthen its Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Source and procure construction materials, MEP items, commercial equipment, and mechanical products as per project requirements.

✔ Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Comparative Statements (CS), Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders (WO).

✔ Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

✔ Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules.

✔ Monitor supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

✔ Coordinate with the Engineering, Project, Accounts, and Store departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

✔ Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and supporting documentation.

✔ Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

✔ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.

✔ Prepare procurement reports, vendor performance reports, and management updates.

✔ Perform any other supply chain and procurement-related responsibilities assigned by management.
