- Strong expertise in visa processing, with detailed knowledge of application procedures and requirements for major destinations such as Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and others
- Demonstrated experience in tour planning and management, including the ability to design, organize, and execute various types of travel packages efficiently
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Executive (Tour Management) to become part of our growing team. Candidates must have proven expertise in visa processing and end-to-end tour operations. Applicants without relevant or similar experience are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Processing & Basic Tour Knowledge:
- Develop a basic understanding of tour package planning and execution
- Handle tourist visa processing, air ticketing, hotel booking, and transfer arrangements
- Manage complete visa application procedures for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen destinations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all requirements
Hotel Reservation:
- Arrange hotel bookings for both individual travelers and group tours (domestic and international)
- Negotiate with hotels and accommodation providers to secure competitive rates
- Ensure all booking details are correctly confirmed and communicated
- Provide clients with full information regarding their accommodation arrangements
Tour Planning & Execution:
- Design and organize customized inbound and outbound tour packages for individuals and groups
- Coordinate with airlines, transport providers, tour guides, and activity operators
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel goals
- Supervise overall tour arrangements to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Offer on-trip support and assistance when required
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Deliver prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Clearly explain visa requirements, tour options, and accommodation details
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications, bookings, and financial transactions
- Prepare regular reports on visa status, tour performance, and customer feedback
