Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Information Technology
  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing

  • Basic knowledge of IT products, solutions, or services is required; familiarity with Networking, Security, Servers, and Software solutions will be considered an advantage.


Responsibilities & Context

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive customer acquisition and lead generation activities.

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel, pipeline, and accurate sales forecasts.

Client Relationship Management & Retention

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer retention.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct client meetings to understand initial IT solution requirements and business challenges.

  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to design and propose suitable IT solutions.

  • Follow up on post-sales support and services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and dues collection updates.

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Tender Management & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage tender-related documentation, including RFQs, RFPs, and technical and commercial proposals.

  • Handle e-GP tender processes and ensure accurate and timely submissions.

  • Prepare legal documents, formal letters, and official correspondence as required.

Financial Management & Collections

  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, coordinating closely with the Accounts team.

Branding & Market Presence

  • Support company branding initiatives through client engagement, market visits, and professional representation of the organization.
