Additional Requirements
- Age: 27 to 35 years
- Experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Services will be highly preferred
- Prior experience in the outsourcing industry, creative services, or international client acquisition will be an advantage
- Proven track record of achieving sales, appointment-setting, or lead generation targets consistently
- Experience in the post-production, image editing, video editing, e-commerce support, or related service industries will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead databases, and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under performance-based environments
- Must be flexible and willing to work in night shifts to communicate with international clients and markets
Responsibilities & Context
bZm Graphics Ltd. is looking for a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Senior Executive – Cold Calling (Full-time) to join its Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting activities, and supporting business growth through strategic client outreach and follow-up communication.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s services professionally
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline
- Research target markets and prospect databases to maximize lead generation efforts
🔹 Client Communication & Follow-up
- Build initial relationships with prospective clients through effective communication
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant service solutions effectively
🔹 Marketing & Sales Support
- Support marketing campaigns through direct outreach, cold calling, and lead engagement activities
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Assist in expanding the company's client base through strategic prospecting initiatives
🔹 Performance & Target Achievement
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to:
- Outbound calls
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Conversion performance
- Maintain high productivity levels while ensuring quality interactions with prospects
🔹 CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities within CRM systems
- Prepare activity reports and provide regular updates to management regarding lead generation performance
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all sales outreach activities
