Sr. Executive / Asst.Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Sunset Kuakata Hotel & Resort Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to lead its sales operations and drive sustainable business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, expanding the customer base, leading the sales team, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the achievement of organizational sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and business prospects to expand the company's market presence.
• Prepare and execute sales and marketing plans that support long-term business growth.
• Design strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's customer base and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, investors, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into successful sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional after-sales support and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Encourage repeat business and generate referrals through excellent client relationship management.

Sales Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop training programs and provide continuous coaching to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
• Monitor individual and team performance, evaluate results, and implement improvement plans where necessary.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
• Stay updated on real estate market developments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to recommend strategies for continuous business improvement.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare and present regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses to management.
• Monitor sales metrics, business performance, and target achievements while recommending corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development initiatives.

Collaboration & Business Operations

• Work closely with the Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and business operations.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry programs to strengthen business relationships and enhance the company's market presence.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and sound business judgment to support organizational goals and sustainable growth.
• Be willing to work beyond regular office hours whenever business requirements demand.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
